With the upcoming draft this Wednesday, the KPAFFL officially begins for the 2013 NFL season.  The draft order has been determined via random selection, and the process can be watched in the video below.  The order is as follows: Holmes Higgins Kevin Hopkins Pat Boulter Graham Jon Brett Tyler Sean Bluhm
